Academic Rules

1. Attendance & Punctuality

   • Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations.

2. Examinations & Assessments

   • Students must appear for all scheduled tests and examinations.
   • Any absence during exams requires prior approval or a valid medical certificate.
   • Unfair means during exams will lead to disciplinary action.

3. Homework & Assignments

   • All assignments and projects must be submitted on time.

4. Promotion Criteria

   • Promotion to the next grade depends on performance in periodic assessments, term exams, and overall participation.
   • Students failing in core subjects may have to appear for improvement tests.

5. Code of Conduct in Class

   • Students must respect teachers and classmates.
   • Disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary measures.
   • Electronic gadgets are not allowed unless permitted for academic purposes.

6. Language Policy

   • English must be used as the medium of instruction and communication within the school premises.
   • Students are encouraged to develop proficiency in both English and Hindi.

7. Library & Laboratory Rules

   • Library books must be returned on time and in good condition.
   • Labs should be used responsibly, and safety guidelines must be followed.

8. Academic Integrity

   • Cheating, copying, or tampering with records is a serious offense.
   • Any form of academic dishonesty will lead to disciplinary action.

9. Remedial & Enrichment Programs

   • Students needing extra support must attend remedial classes.
   • Enrichment programs are available for advanced learners.

10. Parental Involvement

• Parents must attend PTMs and stay updated on their child’s progress.
• Regular communication with teachers is encouraged for academic support.
